Fiskars: Manager, Product Engineering OUR ROLE: We are looking for an experienced Manager, Product Engineering to join Fiskars R&D organization. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on product design professional who is ready to step into a people leadership role or further build on early leadership experience. You will combine technical contribution with team leadership, guiding a team while actively contributing to product improvements, customization and lifecycle engineering. Your mission? To ensure product excellence and deliver value through customization, quality improvements, cost optimization and advanced product data management. You will lead initiatives that keep our current product portfolio competitive and efficient, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
