About the Role: The People and Workplace Culture Officer is responsible for supporting the operational management of all human resources/PWC activities. This role assists the People and Workplace Culture Manager to ensure human resources management systems and practices support the functionality of the organisation in achieving business objectives. The key objectives of the role include: - Provide an effective PWC support function for each business unit. - Ensure all employees are compliant with relevant policies and procedures and that any issues are identified and resolved appropriately. - Ensure that all grievances are dealt with in accordance with relevant Biripi Workplace Grievance Policies and Procedures, resolving any issues swiftly and appropriately. - Oversee investigations (where appropriate) and manage grievances under the supervision of the HR & Corporate Manager. - Support the manage...
