Job Description Job Summary: Overview: We are seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Executive Search team by building and managing high-quality candidate pipelines across healthcare provider roles. This is a non-client-facing, high-activity sourcing role focused on outbound engagement, relationship building, and talent identification. This individual will play a critical role in supporting interim and retained search engagements by partnering closely with executive recruiters to identify, qualify, and nurture top-tier healthcare providers for placement.
