THE DETAILS: Job Title: Talent and Creator Coordinator Department: Talent & Creator Reports to: Senior Director of Talent & Creator Hours : Full time, Permanent Location: Remote in the USA (Regular trips to visit clients face to face in San Francisco will be required [around 4x per year], as well as trips to the UK where Ear to the Ground are based [around 2x per year]. There is potential for additional travel to Europe, depending on events and client needs) THE ROLE: As a Talent and Creator Coordinator at Ear To The Ground, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of creator campaigns from conception through to completion, with a specific focus on our US clients. Your role will involve the sourcing, vetting and where applicable outreaching or supporting outreach to key creators, as well as supporting team members on negotiating and contracting of key deliverables within our global creator projects across sports, gaming and entertainment.
