Description Job Title : Installation Tech II Job Summary: Wind Installation Technicians are responsible for the safe and efficient installation, assembly, and commissioning support of wind turbine systems. This role progresses from entry-level (Tech I) to advanced technical leadership (Tech III), with increasing responsibility for complex installations, troubleshooting, and crew leadership. Job Responsibilities: · Assist with installation and assembly of wind turbine components, including towers, nacelles, blades, and internal systems · Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic tasks in accordance with project specifications and safety standards · Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment · Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection, LOTO, and confined space protocols · Participate in pre-task planning, job hazard analyses (JHAs), and daily safety meetings · Maintain accurate documentation of work performed · Support site logistics, material handling, and inventory control · Work in outdoor environments and at heights · Perform installation tasks with minimal supervision · Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and work instructions · Exe...
