Looking for a change and have a passion for writing, technology, and understanding how devices actually “talk” to a network, this is the perfect launchpad for you. You will be the glue that holds our technical documentation together. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and partnership managers to help translate complex technical requirements into easy-to-understand guides and reports. This is a hands-on role where you will learn the ins and outs of 5G, eSIM, and the hardware partner ecosystem at one of the UK’s leading technology companies. What you’ll be doing: - Support documentation: Assist in drafting and updating technical guides, including device configuration manuals and internal “how-to” guides for new hardware launches. - Learn the landscape: Gain a deep understanding of mobile standards (VoLTE, 5G SA, eSIM) by working closely with our device testing and certification teams. - Organise technical data: Maintain our internal documentation l...
