THE ROLE & TEAM: We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our specialist Recruitment & Workforce Solutions offering within the wider Employment, Pensions & Immigration team. You’ll work with employers and recruiters of all sizes on a broad range of employment and recruitment-law matters, including complex status issues, IR35 and the legal/regulatory challenges that arise from using and supplying temporary workers, contractors and sophisticated labour supply chains. This is a rare opportunity to build (or deepen) a genuine niche in a market where there are relatively few specialists, supported by an established team with deep sector expertise and a strong platform for career progression and profile-building (including BD and client-facing opportunities) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Advise clients on contentious and non-contentious employment and recruitment-sector legal issues. Support clients on day-to-day employment matters (disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, restructuring) and strategic advisory work.
