This role is responsible for supervising hourly production employees, managing day-to-day production activities, and ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met. The Production Supervisor provides direct, hands-on leadership on the production floor and works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and HR to support efficient and compliant plant operations. The schedule for this position is 3rd shift; 7:00pm-7:00am (36-48 hours per week rotating schedule).
