The focus is heavily on behavioural and soft-skills development - helping frontline teams grow in areas like communication, leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness. The scope spans the full content lifecycle - from stakeholder alignment and instructional design through production, delivery, and continuous optimisation. This is a full-remote position, with occasional in-person visits to the Lisbon office for team events or when the Swiss team is in town.
