Position: Somalia Policing Public Governance & International Relations Expert (Anticipated Position) Location : Somalia: *Note: This position has not yet been funded. We are currently soliciting resumes from interested candidates in anticipation of a contract award. Background: Navanti is looking for a Somalia Policing Public Governance & International Relations Expert to work with our multidisciplinary team who can lead analysis of governance arrangements relevant to police deployments and support structured engagement with stakeholders. Candidates are expected to have strong communication and qualitative research experience with stakeholders in public security institutions. Candidates are preferred to have knowledge of Somalia (or other fragile/conflict-affected contexts) with respect to governance/coordination analysis, monitoring of public sector or security sector reforms, and high-level stakeholder engagement.
