Job description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Welding Superintendent for the Field Services department. The ideal candidate will oversee field and shop service operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of on-site installation, repair, and maintenance services. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to upholding CFM's standards of excellence. - Team Leadership: Effectively lead and supervise on-site welding crews, ensuring all tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project specifications and quality standards. Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to resolve field-related challenges. - Project Management: Interpret bid documents, drawings, specifications, and contracts to develop work plans and determine resource needs. Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation measures. - Cost Tracking & Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs, manage purchase orders, and ensure budgets are met.
