As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist with Nasdaq Surveillance team you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity, transparency, and orderly functioning of Nasdaq’s Nordic marketplaces by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and exchange rules. Key Responsibilities: - Provide regulatory guidance to issuers and advisors, with a strong focus on disclosure obligations and Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). - Supervise issuers’ ongoing compliance with Nasdaq rulebooks and the Danish Corporate Governance Code. - Conduct investigations into suspected violations of exchange rules and regulations, including preparing cases for referral to Nasdaq Copenhagen’s Disciplinary Committee and reporting to Finanstilsynet. - Contribute to the development and enhancement of Nasdaq rulebooks, Surveillance procedures, and internal frameworks across European Surveillance. - Present at educational seminars and participate in external forums related to e...
