Job DetailsJob Location: First Internet Bank of Indiana Fishers - Fishers, IN 46038About the Position: As the Small Business Administration (SBA) Servicing Specialist I – General Servicing, you will work with system-related functions required to support the Small Business Lending departments servicing and processing operations. Your duties will include all aspects of portfolio management as it relates to the proper payment, maintenance, onboarding and administration of the loan. You will also be responsible for handling service requests, or assisting in transferring requests to the appropriate department, depending on the nature of the service request. What You Will Do: Perform system and individual loan maintenance in conjunction with approved servicing requests and actions, ensuring compliance with SOX controls accordingly. Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to Bank/departmental standards. Fund line of credit draws and process payments. Perform daily reporting and administration of line of credit draws and payments. Manage disbursement applications and controls for multiple disbursement loans. Generate monthly client billings.
