Join our team as a Manager, Organizational Effectiveness and Learning! In this role, you’ll translate strategy into scalable leadership capability, build ing consistent experiences across the organization, and ensur ing leaders are equipped to drive performance, growth, and integration in a complex, fast-scaling environment. You will build , launch and own the enterprise leadership system , and support broader enterprise effectiveness priorities . You’ ll design an annual roadmap that will embed leadership and learning into talent, performance and workforce planning . You’ll establish standardized enterprise onboarding programs, create and embed frameworks for all learning and leadership initiatives. You will also, lead, coach and develop the Corporate Learning team, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution, and a high-performance culture that delivers the learning roadmap on time and within scope. This position is based at our Home Office in Calgary, Alberta.
