Job DetailsJob Location: Duncan Communication Bldg - Duncan, OK 73533 JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing Asset Recovery efforts including repossessions, money judgements, foreclosures, etc. Also manages aspects of the bank’s Other Real Estate portfolio, including monitoring legal processes for acquisition of properties, maintenance and liquidation, and operational support duties. This may include maintenance tasks, inspections, repairs, and general upkeep of the bank properties. Provides recommendations regarding bankruptcies, probates, foreclosures, repossessions, and other collection efforts to Asset Recovery Officer. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Work in conjunction with Asset Recovery Officer to manage flow of departmental day-to-day operations. Communicate with legal counsel to obtain, convey, and make recommendations on credits requiring legal and/or collection action. Manage in oversight of ORE portfolio in all phases from acquisition to liquidation. Assist lenders with pre-collection efforts including skiptracing and valuation of collateral.
