This role is to help shape, inspire and lead a team as well as positively impact and make a difference to the lives of the people we support. Working with individuals with learning disabilities we are a busy 8 bed residential service. The successful applicant will need to be enthusiastic, to adapt quickly and lead a diverse team in different and challenging situations. We are looking for someone who is organised, pro-active, can multi-task and work on their own initiative, proficient in IT systems (or quick learner!), as well as working in a person-centred way.
