WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a People Business Partner , you will align business objectives with employees and management across designated business units. You will collaborate across the HR function to deliver value-added services that reflect the organization’s goals, while maintaining a strong understanding of the business unit’s financials, culture, and competitive landscape. This hybrid role is based at our New Albany, OH client site 3–4 days per week, with on‑site perks including complimentary breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
