Overview POSITION TITLE (Oracle title): FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WORKING TITLE: Facilities Maintenance Technician SCHOOL/DEPARTMENT: Maintenance and Operations (M&O): LOCATION: Rock Quarry Road, Raleigh, NC: PAY GRADE: Noncertified Grade 22: FLSA STATUS: Nonexempt: ELIGIBILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT: No: WORK WEEK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (occasional evenings and weekends): POSITION PURPOSE: Performs entry-level work associated with the repair and maintenance in various trades to include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, and glass/flooring installation.
