About the Role: The Program Coordinator – DME plays a key role in supporting the daily operational needs of the Durable Medical Equipment program. This position ensures smooth coordination between referral sources, healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams to maintain efficient business operations. As stated in the job description: “Responsible for performing the daily operational needs associated with assigned program and provide support to other health care agencies to ensure efficient operation of the business unit.” Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming referrals, ensuring accurate data entry, complete documentation, and timely processing. Confirm delivery and pickup tickets, including scanning and documentation. Oversee monthly billing processes, including audits, appeals, and claim follow‑up. Serve as the primary point of contact for program referral sources, resolving issues and escalating when needed.
