Description Immediate need for temporary (5-6 months) full-time SLPA, with possibility to become permanent. May 2026 graduates encouraged to apply! Pay range $27.75-$32.64 per hour based on experience and higher education. This position will alternate between Rutland and Fitchburg locations. The schedule is Monday-Friday day time hours. $1,000 sign-on bonus! Our school locations in Rutland and Fitchburg are private, fully approved, special needs day and residential schools for students ages 6-21. Our classroom structure is designed to match students’ needs. Through an interdisciplinary approach, an individual plan is designed for each student. Our school is prepared to meet the academic requirements of local educational agencies, as well as other states where our clients are from.
