Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you will play a key role in managing online listings, optomising product descriptions, promoting and selling a wide variety of donated items across online platforms, helping to maximise value while delivering an excellent customer experience. The Ecommerce Assistant will work closely with our Shop Managers to understand their stock requirements and ensure a steady flow of high-quality donations for online sales as well as monitoring and analysing sales performance to maximise revenue. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about pre-loved items, with ecommerce experience in retail.
