WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers - Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades - Apply paint using various methods such as brushes, rollers, or spray guns - Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for imperfections - Maintain painting equipment and tools in good working condition - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working YOU HAVE: - 2-3 years of experience in industrial painting or a related field - Familiarity with warehouse operations - Proficiency with hand tools and power tools - Mechanical knowledge for equipment setup and maintenance - Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is...
