Introduction to the Job As an EHS Expertise Manager, you help create a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace. You play a key role in protecting people, equipment, and the environment. Your work supports ASML’s mission to push the limits of innovation while maintaining world‑class safety standards. You lead environmental, health, and safety efforts at your site and guide a team that helps enable the next generation of chipmaking technology. Role and responsibilities: In this role, you lead a team of EHS professionals who manage daily EHS operations at the site or factory. You set direction, build capabilities, and help create a strong safety culture. You work with local leadership teams to drive improvements and ensure compliance across your full scope.
