POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Oncology provides strategic and operational leadership for the practice's oncology service line, overseeing the full continuum of urologic oncology care. This senior-level role is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical programs encompassing In-Office Dispensing (IOD), patient navigation, and disease-specific care pathways across Xiaflex treatment, BPH, OAB, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, and radiation therapy. The Director works in close collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, administrative leadership, and external partners to ensure exceptional patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
