Company: Student Quarters Community: University Edge: Reports To: General Manager: Job Type: Full-time, Exempt/Salaried: Work Location: One location, On-site: Compensation: $65,000: Direct Report s: Managing two or more Full-time direct reports Summary: Responsible for maintenance operations of assets, including organization of service requests, preventative maintenance program, personnel management, compliance with safety standards, and customer service. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, and on-call. Some weekend and night shifts may also be required from time to time. Role & Responsibilities: - Assist General Manager in the management of an excellent customer service program - Manage a high-quality maintenance team through the implementation of effective recruitment, training, motivation, and development programs - Prioritize and assign service requests to the maintenance team. Monitor daily completion of service requests and follow up on any outstanding items.
