Job DetailsJob Location: Casino - Tuolumne, CA 95379Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $22.00Job Shift: Graveyard SUMMARY: Responsible for performing a variety of deep cleaning functions in the kitchens. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Performs daily cleaning of all kitchen areas including hoods, kettle fryers, floors, mats, and other kitchen equipment as scheduled for preventive maintenance and cleaning. Adheres to safe practices and follows all safety and MSDS guidelines. Performs routine equipment inspections to ensure equipment is in good working order. Reports any broken, worn or faulty equipment to the Lead, Supervisor or Facilities personnel. Performs essential functions of the position in a safe and thorough manner. Assists and supports catering and special event functions as requested. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Mandatory Requirements: Must possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old. Must have ability to communicate effectively.
