This position provides a variety of cleaning and service-oriented tasks to maintain the hospital in a sanitary, orderly and aesthetically pleasing condition. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing rooms along with furnishings in assigned work areas; and following cleaning procedures established by the Director of Environmental Services. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) EXPERIENCE: 1. 6 months experience in hospital/medical housekeeping.
