We are hiring a full-time position to work either: Sunday - Thursday 6am - 2pm or 5"30am - 1:30pm Summary: Our Kitchen Production Team provides invaluable back-of-house support within a bustling kitchen to include ingredient and recipe preparation and production, have familiarity with food & health safety regulations, and have demonstrated success being strong collaborators and positive team players in a food retail environment. Job Responsibilities: - Ensure a high standard or customer service for kitchen personnel according to established customer service vision and expectations. - Ability to monitor and/or maintain quality control standards. - Work together with employees on shift to create a positive work environment. - Knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards. - Prepare deli case entrees, salads and other deli items as needed. - Ensure proper product rotation. d.
