Job description

Job Summary Responsible for utilizing sales and operations processes, tools, and methodologies to improve demand planning strategy and accuracy. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities - Supports the development and execution of the enterprise sales and operations process for all business segments and sales verticals. - Assists in day-to-day demand planning, including but not limited to developing a repeatable process, developing “one-off” and recurring demand analytics, and delivering the total demand and supply plan/forecast through each process cycle. - Develops and implements robust metrics and reporting on forecast accuracy and issues. Utilizes metrics to understand root cause and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy. - Coordinates all facets of the sales and operations process to provide an optimum customer service level and working capital/inventory performance.
