Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Compensation Advisor to provide hands‑on analytical support and strategic guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders. This role requires deep compensation expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to independently analyze large data sets, build models, and translate findings into actionable insights that influence pay decisions.
