As a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist, you will be responsible for operating assigned scanner(s) to produce images of the patient's body for diagnostic purposes. Taking a patient centered approach, you will provide CT services within professional standards and with excellent customer service. This is a casual position working various days of the week from 8-4:30pm. Flexible schedule preferred to cover call-ins, vacation requests, etc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (90%) Patient CT Imaging (5%) CT/Imaging Department Support (5%) Completes other tasks as assigned - Screens patient before exam for any precautions or contradictions pertaining to examination, using two patient identifiers to ensure the correct patient and procedure - Explains and prepares patients for scanning imaging procedures that will be performed, explaining the procedure, positioning patients so that the...
