Job description

This is a multi-level posting. Candidates may be considered for any of the posted levels grade 15 or 16, depending on their level of experience and depth of expertise.  The Digital Workplace Systems Analyst administers and supports enterprise collaboration and identity platforms, including Exchange (on-premises and Exchange Online), Microsoft 365 services, and Active Directory/Entra ID in a hybrid environment. This role ensures platform stability and performance by monitoring system health, troubleshooting incidents, and executing lifecycle administration activities such as user, mailbox, and access management. The analyst implements enhancements that strengthen reliability, security, and user experience, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective operational support. Responsibilities include supporting security and compliance controls (e.g., least privilege, auditing, retention, and hold processes, as applicable) and leveraging scripting and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
