Job Overview The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a cross-functional team of CAD Designers, Design Engineers, and Materials and Regulatory Specialists to deliver high-quality engineering solutions and CAD designs for new product development initiatives, customer-driven engineering requests, material cost-out, and operational initiatives. This role serves as a critical interface between Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Commercial teams—ensuring design execution is prioritized, efficient, and aligned with overall business objectives.
