About the Role: As General Manager, you’ll lead the on-site team and ensure a vibrant community within the building. You’ll build and maintain the building’s reputation, drive revenue to meet or exceed targets, and manage costs within budget. You’ll also ensure the highest member satisfaction in service, responsiveness, and community spirit, while maintaining the quality of the asset and complying with all Health & Safety legislation.
