Job Title Returns Lead Job Overview: Responsibilities of the Returns Lead include: - Understand all inbound Returns Dock processes including but not limited to: - REF Inspect process - RTV Bedding process - Yard Maintenance process - Material Handling standards - STO process - Communicate with Yard Staff regarding trailer needs and movements and assess quality/safety of return trailer loading - Maintain media file storage for follow-up Complete returns dock administrative duties: - Enter and maintain trailer/trailer quality information in SharePoint; load bar/load strap inventory reporting; chair box return/condition of boxes; accuracy of depot reporting; transfer of information from Guard Staff/Yard Staff to SharePoint - Enter trailer status (Processed, Not Yet Arrived, To Be Unloaded) - Correct any trailer discrepancy information received from other sources - Understand all staging areas and disposition codes to ensure that staff is following processes established for the staging of returning product - Support and facilitate training (and cross training) of all employees - Coordinate with other Operations Departments to identify and isolate special merchandise on trailers as need...
