If you are a “people person” who thrives on interacting with guests, suggesting dishes and drinks, and working in a fast-paced environment, we are looking for you! The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of Hawaiian food and culture and is a multi-tasker capable of talking-story to kama‘aina (local) and malihini (visitor) guests alike, while simultaneously ensuring that service to all tables continues to operate smoothly. This position also requires being cross-trained in other FOH responsibilities such as host, take-out, and expo.
