ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an Industrial Hygienist to join our team supporting the Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) at their Kesselring site! This position is full-time and will be based out of West Milton, NY. This role is anticipated to be 18 months with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities: Conduct and document industrial hygiene exposure assessments as part of a comprehensive industrial hygiene assessment of site processes. Perform field surveillances, conduct workforce interviews, and review established procedures and industrial hygiene data. Conduct industrial hygiene sampling and interpret the results, including sampling for hazards such as asbestos, silica, volatile organic compounds, welding fumes, noise dosimetry, and area noise measurements. Assist with general industrial hygiene work for the site. Use professional judgment while assisting with industrial hygiene exposure judgments. Requirements: Education & Years of Experience – Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
