Job Description Work Arrangement: This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Austin, Detroit, Mountain View or Warren, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at a minimum Job Summary: The Instructional Design Supervisor will lead the instructional design team in developing innovative and effective learning solutions that align with organizational goals. This role involves managing projects, mentoring and upskilling team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in instructional design processes, with a focus on emerging tech and AI integration into course development. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership : Manage , mentor and coach the instructional design team, ensuring high performance, professional growth and upskilling to latest industry trends Project Oversight : Plan, prioritize, and supervise instructional design projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
