Welcome to Brightline! We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our care team. In this role, you will work alongside an outstanding multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychologists, coaches, and prescribers to deliver thoughtful, high-quality psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and their families. This role is hybrid: you will provide in-person care at least three days per week at our Albany, New York Clinic location. This is not a high-volume, assembly-line practice. We take time with our patients, use a structured three-part diagnostic series, and conduct 30-minute medication management visits that allow for real clinical relationship-building. You will report directly to the Medical Director, with support from the Chief Medical Officer. You will receive weekly individual supervision with the Medical Director as well as team-based group supervision — because we believe that clinician development and clinical quality go hand in hand.
