Position Summary/Objective: The HR Specialist, focused on Talent Acquisition, is responsible for full cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing across the Timberwolves, Lynx, and Iowa Wolves business operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire diverse, high quality talent while delivering a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast paced environment.
