CAD Technician Department: Civil/Municipal: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: St. Louis, MO: Reporting To: Greg Jovanovic: Description: Gonzalez Companies is a partner managed firm that provides comprehensive Planning, Design, and Construction Management Services to large and small Water, Sewer and Utility Districts; Departments of Transportation; and municipalities. We are currently seeking a CAD Technician to join our team in St. Louis. Your Primary Responsibilities will include: - Develop and revise detailed 2D/3D transportation drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D (or MicroStation/OpenRoads if applicable). - Draft roadway geometric layouts, grading, cross sections, plan and profile sheets, and traffic control/staging plans. - Prepare striping, signage, pavement markings, and utility coordination plans. - Incorporate redlines and design changes from engineers and project managers. - Maintain organized drawing sets and ensure all work follows project CAD standards. - Assist in preparing exhibits, corridor maps, and presentation g...
