The Role We Want You For The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for taking projects from conceptual stages through closeout. You will work as part of a team to provide the best solutions on design-build projects. The Specifics of the Role: - Oversight of engineers tasked with quality and timely execution of design/build projects, including all design coordination, pre-construction services, construction management and post-construction services, these tasks include scheduling, subcontractor bid package preparation and analysis, document control, cost reporting and preparation of subcontractors. - Oversee project pay request process. - Monitor project costs and Job Cost Reports. - Analyze an...
