The Supply Chain Analyst gathers data and conducts analysis with the goal of improving the organization's supply chain operations. What You Need to Know: - Manage the end-to-end process of procuring material from suppliers including issuing purchase orders, managing supplier shipments, and receipt at the warehouse to meet customer order dates - Proactively plan future requirements to ensure availability to meet customer orders - Provide forecasts to suppliers as required based on sales and production plans - Provide root cause analysis on production delays and out of stocks due to raw materials or alternate material use, and implement corrective actions - Manage supplier constraints and communicate risk to business leadership - Collaborate with departments (such as sales, operations, finance) within the company to meet business objectives - Assist team members in assessing global vendors to ensure cost, quality, delivery, technical, and service capabilities to meet business requirements - Manage and improv...
