Team Management: Support managers in managing, engaging, and developing their teams, ensuring a healthy and high-performing work environment. HR Policies and Procedures: Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with labor standards. Internal Movements Management: Monitor changes in employee status, as well as manage promotions, transfers, and internal mobility. Performance and Attendance: Contribute to performance management by providing support in evaluations and attendance management.
