Booker • Llansteffan Road Johnstown Carmarthen • Working hours 38 • Apply by 30-Apr-2026 About the role: Hours are between 06:00am-16:30 Monday-Friday, 06.30-13:30 Saturday and occasional Sundays. These are subject to change so fully flexible is preferred. As Shift Leader, you will work with the Branch Leadership Team and colleagues to support the Area Manager to ensure that your branch is Health, Safe and Legal at all times, maximising efficiency, availability and delivering great service to our customer. It is a fast moving, challenging role that will give you great exposure to our vibrant customer base where you will have a direct influence over the service that we provide.
