Division: Beacon Bank & Trust Department: Real Estate: Reports to: Real Estate Manager: Status: Non-Exempt: Grade: 6: Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.90: Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Purpose/Objective: Performs general and preventative maintenance for all Bank buildings. Education: Experience: - Performs general maintenance and repairs including, assists with outsourcing engineering, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and repairs/renovations, adjustments to HVAC systems, data center, generator, and assembling equipment. Performs other maintenance duties including replacing light bulbs, snow removal, plowing, shoveling of sidewalks landscaping, fall and spring cleanup, weeding, mulching, lawn mowing, window washing, sidewalk sweeping, cleaning vents, power washing and additional duties as assigned. 85% - Assists in daily opening procedures, removes rubbish for pick-up, checks window and door locks at closing to ensure building security, and moving departments as needed.
