Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 12 years of experience working as a human resources (HR) business partner or generalist supporting leaders at global companies. - Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in human resources and talent policies and practices. - Experience garnering consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies. - Ability to effectively communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and oral format.
