Talent and People Coordinator

Job description

We’re looking for a Talent & People Coordinator to join our People team at Great State. This role combines recruitment and HR support, with a strong focus on delivering a thoughtful, organised and positive hiring experience from first conversation through to onboarding. You’ll manage recruitment coordination end-to-end across the business, helping teams hire well, move efficiently and give candidates a great experience throughout the process. Alongside recruitment, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the People function across onboarding, HR administration and employee experience. This role would suit someone who enjoys both people operations and recruitment, and who is comfortable balancing detail, communication and pace in a growing agency environment. What you’ll be doing: Recruitment and talent coordination: - Manage recruitment processes from initial hiring request through to offer and onboarding - Coordinate job briefs with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines and team needs - Write and post job adverts across relevant platforms - Proactively recruit candidates in to the process - Manage applications through Greenhouse ATS - Screen candidates and co...
