About this role: Wells Fargo Payments Operations Change Delivery is seeking a User Acceptance Testing Manager who is responsible for leading and overseeing User Acceptance Testing activities to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and are production‑ready. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and delivery leadership to plan, execute, and govern UAT across multiple initiatives. In this role, you will: Manage UAT timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies to support overall delivery milestones Partner with business stakeholders to define UAT approach, entry/exit criteria, and acceptance standards Oversee test case design, execution, defect management, and status reporting Ensure traceability between business requirements and UAT test coverage Identify and escalate risks, defects, and quality concerns with clear mitigation recommendations Establish and enforce UAT governance, standards, and best practices Coordinate across technology, operations, and change teams to support release readiness Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans Recommend opportunities...
