Job description

A Crews 7am-7pm Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for scheduled maintenance tasks, assisting in troubleshooting, assembling, fitting, installing, and repairing plant equipment, and documenting maintenance tasks and repairs on production lines and equipment within their shift. Essential Functions/Key Deliverables: Ensure overall maintenance of machines according to maintenance plan. Perform all preventative maintenance tasks as required . Document all equipment maintenance on appropriate forms . Maintain reliability and functionality of all mechanical equipment and processes utilized in the facility . Repair and test equipment to specification. Troubleshoot, and perform required tasks to maintain equipment in operational status. Follow technical diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications for troubleshooting malfunctions. Comply with all quality control, manufacturing, and safety procedures associated with plant operations. Check accuracy and quality of finished parts, tools, or sub-assemblies.
